I get an access denied error (error code 5) when trying to open an USB
device with a CreateFile call. The program has worked before and
stopped working a few days ago. It might be related to some Windows
Update installation or installation of another USB device driver. I've
tried different USB ports and uninstalling/reinstalling the driver,
but nothing works. The driver is not digitally signed. I'm running
Windows XP SP2 and the user account has full admin rights.

Grateful for any tips that can help resolve this issue.
