Does CS and SS still exict on Windows 2000 and later OS?

if so, are Card Services API functions used in pcmcia.sys?

And I want to thank you for all your help!!

But now after having struggeled with my 16 bits PC Card for alooong time, I
think I'll implement CIS on my card after all. Windows doesn't like that my
card uses all of its space for "usefull" information. But just as a last
atempt... You do not have any last tips on how I can assign resources for my
"16 bit PC Cards that has no configuration registeres or CIS"? (Is this
possible from the function driver in combination with the INF files
LogConfig section?)
