- Driver Signing Vista 64 Bit

Hi,
I had to certify a USB driver for Windows Vista 64 bit:
Is the certification sufficient to make the driver function under Windows
Vista 64bit, or do i need to submit the driver to Microsoft WHQL?
I have to certify my driver with Verisign or i can use a certificate of
GlobalSign (the prices are better :-) )

It is sufficient, but the driver will issue WHQL warnings.
