- How to Add network capability to a printer?
- Posted by DaveK on January 2nd, 2008
I am developing a printer with a TCP/IP port and would like to use this
printer from Windows via the TCP/IP port. Can anyone suggest how this is
done or where to start researching what is necessary for Windows to be able
to recognize my
printer as a network printer?
Thankyou

TCP/IP printing (lpd) is supported by Windows since NT 3.1
