- How to install NT4 driver by setup program

I can use inf file to install a "SCSIAdapter" driver on NT4. However,
I want to implement setup program(InstallShield) to install driver.
Except copy *.Inf and *.sys to \\WINNT\\INF and
\\WINNT\\SYSTEM32\\DRIVERS, what application I need to execute to
install driver successfully?
