- How to read state of power button?
- Posted by Slobodan Brcin on August 14th, 2003
I'm using Windows XP Embedded and my power button is not supported.
I want when somebody press the power button to shut down windows, sound
simple (default behavior of windows) but it's nightmare to do.
XPE have ACPI support, but since windows is less that 60MB support for power
button doesn't exist.
My only hope is to programmatically shut down windows.
Does anybody know how can I read physical state of power button? This is
only what I need.
But for any other info, link I would be grateful.
Best regards,
Slobodan
