I can not find some DDK functions description on MS online library like
StartPacket and StartNextPacket etc. , where can I find these functions
description on some library ?

Are you referring to the Walter Oney DEVQUEUE stuff? If so get a copy of
"Programming the Windows Driver Model, Second Edition".

Use the correct names. They both begin with 'Io'.
