Hi,

I am trying to write a lower level filter driver for monitor class. I am
using toaster lower leve class filter sample. Now the problem is after
making necessary registry entries and few changes driver do not load. When
tried to start manually it gives the error that 'associated device is not
working' I think its error no. 1058. Since there arent any actual .sys file
associated with monitors do we have to have a functional driver before we
can have lower level class filter ?
