There is a problem in installing the NDIS 6.0 sample mux driver.
In Windows 2003, I am able to install the Windows 2003 sample NDIS mux
driver.

In Longhorn, installing NDIS 6.0 sample mux driver results in driver not
found issue.

I used the same method to install both drivers, i.e., adding the mux driver
as a protocol driver. It works for in Windows 2003 with Windows 2003 built
mux driver.
It fails with Longhorn WSDK built NDIS 6.0 sample mux driver.
