I was following article described here:

I wanted to create .ntf file from .afm file. I have makentf.exe from
Windows 2003 Server DDK. If I execute it in second mode(makentf.exe
file.ntf) I get some file created but running it in the first
mode(makentf.exe file.ntf file.afm) fails - i.e. nothing happens. If I
run it with -v option I only get:

%%[Begin MakeNTF]%%

displayed on the console but no file.

Any help would be appreciated.
