You could use USER_C_FLAGS=<list of flags> however, that is discouraged in favor
of specific macros that are supported by Build, such as:

Flag Use:
/GX USE_NATIVE_EB=1
/GF <default set by Build>
/Od MSC_OPTIMIZATION=/Od
/Oy- NTNOFPO=1

Take a look at the MAKEFILE.NEW file in your DDK\Bin directory and search for
the flags you're contemplating using, there might already be a Build macro that
exists
