Addref your device object, then take the PDO pointer (provided to
AddDevice) and walk the attachment chain up, paying attention to the driver
object pointers.

Use ObQueryNameString on driver objects.

Of course be aware that there is nothing stopping anyone from renaming the
driver and service. If both drivers are your own there are ways to do this
that are safe, by modifying both drivers. If they are not your own
drivers, your approach is dangerous, you are assuming a driver with a
specific name, and with a specific action when another driver could have the
same name, the driver in question could have its name changed, or the action
you are concerned about could change. Bottom line is rethink your need for
this.
