- RE: HCT issues not being resolved
- Posted by Bryan S. Burgin [MSFT] on July 1st, 2003
Walter,
Just a quick note to say that I escalated this through separate threads in
the WHQL, MVP and Community channels to address your concerns and to thank
you for your comments. I understand that you will be contacted off line
for follow-up to make sure that the concerns you noted are addressed.
In addition to the newsgroup you cited, I will also cite technology-centric
e-mail aliases that may be helpful to developers with questions. Each
technology's address is listed at
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/hwtest/pages/support.mspx. I am most
familiar with networking questions at whqlnet@microsoft.com and believe the
response is good.

here - but the debate would be of general interest. here's why:-
me> your core system drivers are shafted and they blue screen in the hcts.
so i can;t get my device through the tests
hct> dont panic - it's been fixed
me> excellent ; can i have the updated drivers
hct> no
there's a real double standard going on here.
