My rational guess is MmMapIoSpace will have to modify the system PTE/PDE to
accommodate the new PHYSICAL-to-VIRTUAL mapping. Grab the Pentium manual
from intel's website and take a look at how the P-to-V address translation
is done. It's a processor feature done in the MMU.
