The miniport may expose a vendor specific OID to get the Noise level. Once
again, this is vendor specific and there is no standard OID that one can use
to get the Noise level.

You need to contact the vendor. Orinoco 802.11b, it's Agere and for
802.11a/b/g it's Atheros. In case of Atheros, you can get the data
structures for each OID by querying the WMI interface (I think).
