Do you issue WMIREG_ACTION_DEREGISTER after you are told to remove your
device?

Yup - and just to be sure, I added debugging messages everytime I call
REGISTER or DEREGISTER. Sure enough, they are being called where I thought
they should be. The only time I call REGISTER is during the AddDevice
phase, and I call DEREGISTER in response to IRP_MN_REMOVE_DEVICE.
