- read/write access to storage device
- Posted by Sean on July 5th, 2005
Dear all,
I like to control the read and write access to storage device from
application level. Know that there is a setting in winXP (SP2)'s registry for
rendering USB storage device read only (write protect),
How am I able to control the R/W access in other operation systems like
windows 2000, ME & 98?
Do I need a filter driver to control this?
I need your precious suggestion.
Thanks,
Sean
