I would like to use IOCTL_USB_USER_REQUEST with request
"USBUSER_OP_SEND_ONE_PACKET" to HCD handle.
I fill up all parameter i think......
After using function DeviceIoControl....
I got success(error code = 0) & status "UsbUserFeatureDisable" in
Header.

I think this situation maybe related to "usbuser.h"
It wrote:
"The following APIs are only enabled when the
devlopr key is set in the registry."

But I search all registry just can`t find "devlopr".
Can someone help me please.....
