I'm trying to programmatically change the WZC's preferred networks list
on Windows 2003 Mobile (in order to connect to a specific user-chosen
access point).

The problem is that WZCSAPI functions are poorly, if not at all,
documented. I have no idea what parameters I should pass to the
WZCQueryInterface / WZCSetInterface functions to get / set the
preferred networks list.

(I heard that it's a bad idea to use the WZCAPI as it's "supposed" to
change frequently, but I'm actually targeting only Windows 2003 Mobile,
so that's not a big problem, I think.)
