i have recently brought the cronicles of riddick and after installing
it every time i try to open it i get the above error code telling me
the application failed to open correctly.the support ppl from sierra
arent very good so i was wondering if anyone could help me with this
one please

Hello. I believe Riddick requires Service Pack 1 or 2 installed.

Can you go to Start -> Run -> type winver and press enter. A new window
should pop up and should read Version 5.1 (Build 2600......... and then a
long list of numbers if it doesn't meantion 'sp' or 'Service Pack' along
there then you should ensure you've installed Service Pack 2, more
information and the download location can be found at:
