Your computer possibly has spyware or viruses, take it to someone who knows
have have him fix your system. Save some time, reinstall Windows from your
original installation CDs, but keep in mind you loose all your data when
you do it.
(more info needed, model, make of system, specs, does the same games that
fail on your system install OK on other systems?)

Sounds like you are trying to install the game in a directory that does not exist on your system. During installation you are shown a default directory where the game will be installed and then asked to confirm it or change the directory path. The installer is looking at a path that begins with "D:\" and it does not exist, so try changing it to "C:\" (or whatever) and see if that works.
