Hi ickle_miss_strop,

Let's try a couple of things to get that working for you again:

1. Startup your system in SAFE MODE by pressing F8 repeatedly
while your system is booting up after you've shut down your system

2. Create a NEW "Computer Administrator" account, login and install the
game using that account. This will help eliminate any profile issues.
