I have xfx geforce 6800 xt video card and I enabled dual display, but the
image on my tv in black and white. I have installed the latest drivers for my
video card. I dont have an s-video plug-in on my tv so I bought a s-video to
rca converter. Everything works except I get a black and white image on my
tv. If you could solve this problem it would be much appreciated.

There's typically I wide range of options for tuning this - I know with my
ATI card I've got about 4 different options - some cause black and white
some don't. Have a look Display Properties / Settings / Advanced. They
should be found there.
Refresh rate can also cause this sending a PAL 60 signal to a PAL TV usually
results in a black and white image.

Just an additional to the reply on this one, Sending a NTSC signal to a PAL
TV can cause black and white images as well and Vice Versa. Should be able to
set this up in the display properies, Typically if you are in the UK then the
chances are that the driver is auto set to send an NTSC signal to the
secondary Monitor/TV.
