Business Card Font
Posted by George on May 22nd, 2007

I need new business cards but I'm having difficulty selecting a font, and
I've found that card printing shops aren't helpful. Can anyone recommend a
simple, clean-looking font that's appropriate for a conservative button-down
business?

Please help - a business card designer I'm NOT!

Thanks.

Then may I respectfully suggest that you hire one? There's way more to
designing a business card than picking out a font.

If you only want a simple type solution for your card, no logo help or that
sort of thing, you can find many font sites on the web. A good one to look
through is dafont.com. Easy interface. You may also want to look at the font
houses that create well-known legal fonts as many sites have ripped off
fonts.

Here are a few:

www.linotype.com
www.adobe.com
www.philsfonts.com (former neighbor and all around great company!!)
