Car TAX, MOT and Insurance
Posted by Andrew Banks on January 2nd, 2004

OK, I know I need to present an MOT certificate and Insurance Certificate to
get car Insurance - Correct?

I also need insurance, tax and mot to have my car on the road legally -
correct?

So, lets say I have insurance but no tax and MOT - How do I get to the MOT
test centre to MOT my car? (as it isn't taxed and can't be as I don't have
an MOT certificate to show to tax the car)

It seems like catch 22

As long as the MOT is "booked" you are ok to drive there.

Civil war is the answer.
You have been under investigation for 20 years.

But do not tell anyone you know. Its a secret.
