Mmmmh.... Black bgnd + green text looks like hackers' website (cracks.am,
astalavista.box.sk...)
Text should be clearer, bolder,...
Should look more professional overall...

Looks personal and friendly (colourful), but too dark and a little
unprofessional. Excessive use of images.

The overall idea has promise and some of the portfolio and photography
pieces are well done. I think black backgrounds can work well if done
properly. However. . .
There are three ways to navigate the site. The cross hair/registration
mark, the nav-bar at the top, and the photo-rollovers on the left.
This seems a little redundant and indecisive. If one method of
navigation works then why include 2 more. I think it makes the
navigation a little confusing.
Secondly, why would there be different icons/photos for the same
categories (a exacto blade and a pencil for graphic design) this adds
to the confusion and inconsistency.
Take out as much as you can while leaving the necessary information to
allow the user to successfully navigate the site with ease.
As a personal opinion I would loose the cross hair, also where is the
company logo? Surly it cant be the type treatment in the upper left?

Fix the grammar mistakes. Several plural nouns with singular verbs and vice
versa.
Makes the client look dumb, not someone I'd trust with setting type.

not bad. but i can't read the blue hyperlinks against the black
background at all. (and I have good eyesight!) also, the main image
link to http://www.gameco.com/ on

to page not found.
the flourescent green on black is a little video-game-ish to me. maybe
consider lightening the black to a charcoal gray, and soften the text
color a bit?

One more thing: their web designer has either a print background or has been
quite traditionally educated in design, I'm guessing.
