theyre for a small club promoter of under 18's nights at nightclubs - first
3 images are from one design 4th design is different.

something with that black background. I like the treatment of type accross
the layout, and the colors are nice, but I'm not sure about the interlaced
photo though, it's fading into the background and it gives a kind of a
hollow impression.

PS The 4th design is quite grungy... so you might want to avoid it if
the music is more pop/dance than rock/hip-hop.

Thanks all, the client has gone for the first one because the last is too
'male orientated' the first has better appeal to both boys and girls...
ah well 
ill save the last design for another time and another client
(things always get re-used if theyre nice)

Really good stuff!
I like the #4. Anyway I think it has less energy compared to the first
mockup. It's all about the colour scheme. The first one is more vibrant and
warm, the second is grayish and cold-dark. Maybe with a different image
and/or a different colour scheme it will be the right one. I think it has a
lot of potential, the layout is interesting,
There is a lot to investigate with it yet...
