- Exhibition Design Help
- Posted by Hyaground on November 1st, 2006
Hi all, im hoping to move into exhibition / event stand design next
year and without any formal qualifications im having to put together a
portfolio to impress companies. Can anyone help suggest things i could
be researching/studying/learning in the meantime to better my chances.
Im moving from Archicad to Vectorworks as this seems to be the industry
standard, i also have experience with Sketchup and Solidworks which i
will use to do some product design/attempts at stand design for the
portfolio as these seem like logical beginnings.
There are no courses for this subject where i live in the west midlands
and the library dosnt carry any relevant books so i dont know where to
start....
help please! : )
