Even with a 10Mbps the wait for the flash movies is a PITA. (Due to the
server that sucks the big one... is pumping a max 18kb/s)
The navigation is unclear, and full of unnecessary steps to accomplish its
job.
The splash page serves absolutely no purpose; not even as a "mood setter".
The next page with all those crosses spinning around and mistery meat
navigation is... how to put it nicely...? Unfortunate..., yeah; let's stick
with that one. Flash for the sake of it...
Why even good designers sometimes seem to forget the most basic design
principles when using Flash? Could it be a subliminal message hidden that
tells them "Screw design principles, just make it move; the more, the
better".
Considering the time involved in creating the flash movies and doing the
scripting, I predict that the above designer will go with the "offended
flash user" syndrome.
I'm almost sure he/she'll be waiting for a positive review and stick with
that one...

Hi,
I dislike the use of a 'gateway' page every time the user make a menu
choice. What is the purpose of an entire page dedicated only to display
information for the download. You could get rid of all these kylobytes
bytes, frames....loaded, and give the user a real superior interactive
experience. Flash is a very good tool to supply rich content over the Web
and is invaluable if you want to implement a great interactive design.
Try to consider the content first and then the interface you want to design
as a functional container for the content you want to supply to the user.
Your content is not very well integrated in your interface. Why I must view
your porfolio in a pop-up window. In this way you should design a web site
entirely in html ;-)
Have you considered to integrate your images into the Flash interface?
Anyway some pages are nice but you have designed them not in a consistent
manner.
HTH
cheers

It appears that you have a decent portfolio... but why Flash? It just
doesn't serve any purpose here.

His *site* is hosted in a server (a computer that's connected to the
internet, property or in lease of the ISP) that's the machine that's way too
slow... got it?
Got too much wine on an empty stomach, Davide? Or you got really good stuff
to smoke and didn't tell me, huh?

Hi Pepe, now it's clear, but it seems he would reply to my message.
I don't like pot, I got good red wine on my full stomach. I just finished to
dinner. ;-)
Sorry Pepe, I haven't sent you my telephone number yet. I will send you it
by SMS as soon as possible.
