See when it gets to making fun of someones culture or nationality it is
no longer funny!
It is not his fault that IT jobs in state are being outsourced.

That's right, we have to respect each other. I know that India has at least excellent programmers,
there is a lot of qualified and skilled people out there. Moreover, working with them is not a bad
experience, they are honnest, polite and workaholic.

It's obvious you need to learn the lesson of directed marketing. You are
"selling salesmen" as they say in the parlance. Don't come to a GRAPHIC
DESIGNERS GROUP offering your web design/IT services. We all do that for
ourselves already. No one here needs to pay for it.
Just some friendly advice.

It seems the last few times I have called a customer support team in India,
they were VERY rude and unhelpful. Not what I call grade A customer service.

India is one huge example of what happens when one group of creatives/IT
professionals lowers its standards to try to get work, thereby ruining the
market for everyone else. The same thing happens when designers in the US
complete crappy websites for $150bucks with animated gifs and italic fonts.
American companies buy into this by shipping the jobs offshore and I am not
encouraged by their lack of foresight. However, maybe these are the tough
times that make freelancers stand out?
