- How to setup the font type/font size for a text in Version 8.xx ???

In Version 7.xx there was an option to setup the font type (e.g. Times New Roman, Helvetia,...)
and the size of a text I want to write into a graphic.
But where do I specify these attributes in Version 8.xx ?
