- HTML - please help me!

Anyone help me here please: I want to create an html form that contains a
list of items along with boxes where i can specify how many of each item
they need. Once the user has filled in the relevant boxes, I want to have a
calculate button to add up the total and display it, while a submit button
would submit the details to a web address! Is all of this possible just
using forms w/o any fancy databases or PHP scripts? If anyone could provide
any useful links, it would be great..
Thanks
Steve
