I like it... it's clean and well-written. But since you wanted criticism 
1.) A bit more whitespace is needed between text body in main frame and the
left frame (I'm using IE6, 1280x960, Win2000).
2) Maybe put the copyright footer in the main frame and not in a frame by
itself. It sometimes gets too close to text body.
3) Frames are bad for search engine spiders. Most SEO folks (and I "are"
one) recommend not using frames.
4) Maybe put a call to action on each page (phone #, email etc.)
5) I'm not sure quotes are needed under "Why use my services" for each item.
I realize it's to let visitors know it's you speaking and not some faceless
company, but the site has a good personal touch so it may not be necessary.
6) The large font page titles in white could be made a bit smaller, and
perhaps a different color?
Really, minor criticisms. The site is written with the client in mind, with
text that is actually readable and not some microscopic font that seems to
be so popular nowadays.

Frames...yuck. I'm actually not anti-frames, as much as most people...but
it just didn't seem to look right on your site.
I didn't like the default font. I prefer to read Arial or Helvetica.
The "about me" section was a bit short. Also...no photo?!?
Loading time on all the pages seemed slow.
Other than that, the overall design was nice. :-)
