You refer to clients in the third person -are clients not part of the
target audience?
Why are the first three paragraphs not under the 'online credit card
payment processing' header?
Re: 'Icon Spotlight' being able to see one of the icons would be nice.
The 'Sites Worth Visiting' (one of which links to the site I am
currently on) have little or nothing to do with the content of the
site. Are these not sites you've designed?
It is usually unimportant to tell users the time.
The homepage features 4 links to the homepage, a definite usability
no-no.
Users gain little by knowing the features to which they do not yet have
access (logo design tutorials, online credit card payment processing
etc) especially as they are not told when these features will appear.
It would be worth providing a newsletter sign-up form, so you can
invite users back to your site as new features become available. For
this I would suggest a product like ATL Mass Mailer;
http://adaptivetechnologies.com/massmailer/.
BTW, as a designer I know how annoying it can be to hear so much
negative feedback, but it's best to know what people think.
