The text would be something like www.autoshop.com, it's a commercial site in
the car domain.

The logo is the way the site will be promoted on business cards, newspapers,
and will be what you can see on the web site. It must include the web site
address.
There is also a "mascot". This mascot would also be present, but it's there
only to "enhance" some parts of the site. It's also part of the identity of
the site.

Their logo is on the left part of the site, under scout24's menu. It's blue
and orange.

you can see, if you click on "nos prix" on the left (if first you click on
FR under the logo), that in the price page there is a "scout" with big
glasses. This is the mascot of the site.
I found it ugly, but this is the general idea of what I want to achieve.

I must create a web site that has an unique identity, and is pleasant so
people come back often.

To sum up you need a logo and an identity program.

To do this right it will cost you quite a bit. What you should do is to look
into your budget and find out on what level you want to do your business.
General speaking there is a parallel between how much you put in and how
much better it will be. And to be honest, it is better to put your money
here before you put them anywhere else (because it does not matter how good
your hardware is if no one visits it).

My advice would be to contact an agency that does brand development.
