I am trying to get Blackberry Simulator to run on a new PC.

I downloaded and installed Blackberry JDE 4.0.2

When I click on MDS Simulator, I get a black screen that quickly
disappears without launching server.

When I click on Device Simulator, I get the Blackberry Emulator, but
the browser times out after a few seconds.

I remember having this problem before, but I don't remember what I did
to make it work.
