- iPAQ5450: Linux (Familiar 7.2 + opie) installed, display keep blank :(

Hello,
I'm trying severe hours to turn display on after I installed Linux on my
iPAQ. It keeps dark and nothing showed on Display. I'm only able to use my
iPAQ over Terminal or ssh (LAN over serial-port).
I tried with following command:
/etc/init.d/opie start
It should start GUI. Right? But Display is still dark and I get following
messages:
Unknown iPAQ model: 5400
Starting Opie-login with syslog logging.....
If I input following:
/etc/init.d/opie stop
Following text appears:
Unknown iPAQ model: 5400
Starting Opie-login with syslog logging.....
I think, I need modules/Driver for my iPAQ 5450. But I didn't found a
solution. :/
Any ideas?

PS: I want to go bed, but I cant because I can't turn it off.

I did even give up and did try a hard reset to see, if iPAQ turn off with
this method. Then I wanted to see, if Linux is still installed and turned
it on. The display turned on with a pinguin logo! Then a message appears
"Tap anywhere on the screen to continue." but... it doesn't work if I tap
the Screen. :/ But I'm happy, that LCD turned on at last!
Now I go to bed. It's 3:30 o'clock in the morning. :/
