Not sure if my IPAQ is ruined or not ...

I have a 4150 handheld. It got a little damp last Thursday (I got
caught in a storm on my motorcycle). I didn't think much of it, but
was out camping and for the next three days, it sat in my tent in
very, very humid weather.
On Sunday I tried turning it on, and it wouldn't turn on. By Monday
morning it would turn on, but it goes immediately to the "Align
Screen" screen, and I so I tap the five targets, but then it just
loops back to the beginning of the Align Screen. I can't get it to go
any further than that.

I'm wondering if the OS is ruined.

Any ideas of what I can do?
