Unit: Palm Vx
OS: Palm OS 4.1
Third-party extensions: Quickbits, JackFlash, Afterburner (note these are
not enabled/used for testing purposes after soft and hard resets)

In the past, I have remembered category switching by pressing up or down on
the scroll button. However, the unit only makes the standard click noise,
but the category is not switched. I have performed both soft resets and
hard resets, in and out of the cradle, but this has not fixed it. Does
anyone know how I can restore category switching with the scroll button in
my Palm Vx? Thank you.
