traditionally don't include file system access, so they normally
don't write a file to retain information when shut down. There
may however be calculators that include such facilities.
On my PDA, I'd get around that by writing a spreadsheet that
contains a variety of conversion facilities (currency, metric to
imperial, temperature conversions, whatever else seems handy for
travel). I suspect that would be your easiest method.
