Try the HP 360LX. It supports up to 115K, has a built in terminal app, and 4MB
of real storage space. Costs about $60 on ebay.

Could anyone recomment a cheap (old?) handheld unit that supports
serial com at 9600+ ?
My searches keep showing people trying to connect to their PC. I just
want something that can talk out its serial port to another serial
device, have maybe 4 megs of storage, and has some kind of dev tools
still available... I'll try to find whatever it is off ebay, i dont
need it to be brand new or anything
Any suggestions?>
