- Windows CE 3.0 and Secure Internet Connection?

The answers have been in terms of changing some of the registry settings,
after downloading and installing the 128-bit encryption patch. This is the
primary setting that needed to be changed. I don't have this setting on
Windows CE 3.0. Does anyone have any ideas?
