- Adding RAM not recognised in systems properties

Hi everyone,
I am an IT student and have an assessment. The problem i have to look up is
( addind ram not recognised in systems properties)
I dont have alot of knowlege in this area yet so any help anyone can give
me would be greatly appreciated.
