Assessing the computer for college use, OR you have a homework
assignment to list the steps you would go through to determine the
issue? If the second, please review the reading assignment.

Start by using a proper newsreader, one is installed with win by default,
and then fully explain your problem
Or google for the answer

That's what happens when you buy high-density modules that your
motherboard cannot handle. They are cheaper because few users can use
those high-density modules, plus they are slower.
