I get the following error in the event viewer when viewing some video files:

I have installed the latest ati drivers
I have installed the via drivers for AGP from viaarena.com
I have checked my bios and the AGP apparture is 128

the problem was less but I still get it. I search google, and this
problem mystifies everyone. ATI has no explaination from what I could
find...

any ideas?

Ati radeon (excaliber) 9000 using it as a dual head with 2 monitors
attached.
