She adjusted the color with Adobe gamma loader using Photoshop CS2


She is an artist and has perfect color vision...

In other words, she can look at a color

then mix paint and match it exactly...without looking at the original color
....

so if the monitor is good enough for her I'd think it would be good enough
for anyone.

Right off hand I can't recall what video card I put in her machine...
I think it was an Nvidia in the $100 price range...so nothing too fancy

I just checked and Newegg has that monitor for under $200

We bought ours several years ago and paid a small fortune..

I wish I would not have checked the current price <G>
