When I go into the computer management console and locate the drive and
try to format it, an error comes up: "The operation did not complete
because the partition or volume is not enabled. To enab the partition
or volume, restart the computer".

When I restart the problem doesnt change.

The flash card works in the other computers we have here in the office.
