computer manufacturer and model

Tech people are always asking me for my computer manufacturer and model. I
bought this at a pawn shop and it has no markings. The only information I can
get is a bunch of numbers. Can anyone tell me what the following means?
System Manufacturer 00101880 6735
System Model 15144100051234
I have a book with all this in it but it is so old now that it is no longer
useful (i.e. 1993)

How about opening the case and having a look inside? You might find a
manufacturer and model number there.
