Digital Persona will not install in Vista.
Posted by Tristan on January 8th, 2008

I have tried many times to install this software (version 2.0 and 2.01 but
keep getting the same error message:
"User properties error invalid string class
Suspect installation problem"

Does anyone know of a way to address this issue?

Thanks.

If you bought this:

Microsoft Fingerprint Reader

and it uses this:

Digital Persona Password Manager (Vista 32 edition)

you should be using the support option in the
upper right hand corner of this page:

How about asking the folks who MAKE the software? And how is this
related to HARDWARE?

Ask elsewhere

If you have nothing to contribute why do you insist on posting. Last time I looked you were not
listed as the administrator of this forum and thus have no say on what is posted

The software is used to operate the Microsoft Fingerprint Reader.
