floppy disc won't work - Tech Support

floppy disc won't work: Posted by cheerio on April 18th, 2006; When opening a folder in Documents, and want to copy it to floppy, I scroll
down to "send to". It won't open the choices, including floppy. I get an
hourglass, and have to close the window. The computer reboots, not a
complete reboot, but short.
